SIMPLE STEPS TO REFER A FRANCHISE OWNER CANDIDATE
The Neighborly family of brands is looking to grow across the country and, we trust our Neighborly associates to help us find the next generation of qualified candidates. Do you know people who have an entrepreneurial drive and are ready to take a professional leap forward? Introduce them to Neighborly!
1. Let your referral candidate know you'll be referring them.
2. Complete the form below and provide your referral's contact information.
3. All done! Our dedicated development team will reach out to your referral to help them determine if a Neighborly franchise is right for them.
Neighbors Like You Associate Program Prize Drawing (“Prize Drawing”) Terms and Conditions: The Prize Drawing is open to all US based full-time and part-time Neighborly Associates, excluding Portland Glass Associates, who successfully submit a qualified Neighbors Like You referral on the Neighborly Referral Page between March 16, 2022 and April 6, 2022. A Neighbors Like You referral will be considered qualified if Neighborly can verify you have previously spoken to the referral candidate and you provide all of the accurate contact information for the referral candidate requested on the referral page. Any referral candidates who are already Neighborly brand franchise owners, or in the Lead Development or Franchise Development processes will not be considered qualified referrals. Any referral to an immediate family member (spouse, child, sibling) or yourself will not be a qualified referral. The referral candidate must be purchasing a new franchise unit to qualify, and so cannot be purchasing an existing unit via resale/transfer. You may submit as many qualified Neighbors Like You referrals as you can between March 16, 2022 and April 6, 2022, but you are only eligible to be awarded 1 Prize. There will be 10 total Prizes awarded. 3 names will be randomly selected on March 23, 2022, March 30, 2022 and April 6, 2022 and those 3 Associates will be awarded 2,000, 5,000, or 10,000 BRAVO Award Points. On April 6, 2022 a Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected and awarded 15,000 BRAVO Award Points. All Prize Winners will be notified via the email address provided on the Neighborly Referral Page. To claim the prize, the prize winner must be then currently employed as a Neighborly Associate. Any BRAVO Award Points awarded must be redeemed on Neighborly’s BRAVO Website prior to December 31, 2022. All BRAVO Award Points awarded under this Prize Drawing will expire on December 31, 2022. There is no alternative to the BRAVO Award Points Prize; each Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Neighborly accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with any Prize. No responsibility will be accepted by Neighborly if you are prevented or restricted from participating due to a technical failure of any kind (including failure of any information technology).
